1. Definitions

• "Company," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Yatrauk.in
• "Customer," "You," "Your" refers to the person making the booking
• "Services" refers to the pilgrimage tour packages and related services offered by us
• "Tour Package" refers to the complete travel itinerary including transport, accommodation, and other inclusions

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our end
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment
• Advance payment is typically 50% of the total package cost

2.2 Payment Terms

• Advance payment must be made at the time of booking
• Balance payment must be completed before the tour commencement or as agreed
• We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other approved methods
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

• 30+ days before departure: 25% of total package cost
• 15-29 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
• 7-14 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

3.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to:

• Natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, or road blockages
• Temple closures or government restrictions
• Insufficient number of participants
• Any force majeure events

In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

4. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions

4.1 Typically Included

• Transportation as per itinerary
• Accommodation on twin/triple sharing basis
• Meals as specified (usually breakfast and dinner)
• Driver allowance and all applicable taxes

4.2 Typically Excluded

• Personal expenses (tips, laundry, phone calls)
• Pony, palki, or helicopter rides
• Travel insurance
• Any services not mentioned in the itinerary
• Entry fees to monuments or special darshan tickets

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• Carry valid government-issued ID proof
• Ensure physical fitness for the trek/journey
• Follow the instructions of tour guides and drivers
• Respect local customs, traditions, and religious practices
• Be punctual for all scheduled activities
• Carry necessary medications and personal items

6. Health and Safety

• Pilgrims should be physically fit for mountain travel
• Those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or respiratory issues should consult a doctor before traveling
• We recommend travel insurance for all participants
• In case of medical emergencies, we will provide assistance but are not liable for medical expenses

7. Accommodation and Transport

• Hotel rooms are provided on sharing basis unless single occupancy is booked
• Room allotment is at the discretion of the hotel
• Vehicle type may vary based on availability and group size
• Air conditioning in vehicles is not guaranteed in hilly terrain

8. Itinerary Changes

The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Road conditions and traffic
• Temple darshan timings
• Safety concerns
• Government orders or restrictions

Any additional expenses due to itinerary changes beyond our control will be borne by the customer.

9. Liability Limitations

Yatrauk.in shall not be liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Injury, accident, or death during the tour
• Delays or failures due to force majeure events
• Acts of third-party service providers
• Any indirect or consequential losses

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand, India
• We encourage resolving issues amicably through direct communication

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Yatrauk.in and protected by copyright laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
